Refund policy

We want you to love your Mazra merch. If something isn't right, you can return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Wrong size? We're happy to exchange it, subject to availability. To start a return or exchange, email hello@eatmazra.com with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return.
